I worked with these guys for awhile as a rep, but they're just a rip off. The main office talks a big talk, but doesn't or can't back it up. The company is just an empty shell. Avoid working with them if you can.
Pros - Renewable energy technology is an exciting and changing industry.
Cons - Little support, big promises that are rarely kept
