Worked there for 9 years. Sorry I left. Family run, privately held corporation. Cost conscious, but innovative. People oriented and caring. The work atmosphere is very friendly and turn-over is not an issue. Most employees have been there 10+ years.
Well managed and not bureaucratic, GBP is very successful in all aspects. Profit sharing has always been excellent, however do not expect top of the line pay. However, do expect recognition and a great deal of latitude if you can prove you are deserving and can take responsibility.
