GSD&M is definitely a fun place to work. There are lots of young, fun, intelligent people at this firm. It's rather laid back and a very team-oriented organization. They want you to be a happy employee and they let their employees know that they are appreciated. It's one of those companies who encourages their employees to come to work in their costume on Halloween. It can be very difficult to be employed with this company, they have an enormous amount of extremely qualified people always applying.
