Designers do not design here - they are worker bees for the Owner. If you do design it will be changed over and over again to the Owners own taste. No respect and an all over bad experience. Do not work for this company in any position!!!
Run!!!!!!!! The owner of this firm runs a sweat factory. She demands long hours, is intimidating, and suppresses leadership. She has no business rearing any young professionals into the business. Although she creates amazing work and is well respected she is also well known for evil demeaner. She is much like the boss in The Devil Wears Prada, with no warm side at the end. Very much a revolving door.
