I have over 20 years experience with Office clerical/data entry/reception/admin assistant work. This company throws you to the wolves with no direction. Anytime you want to take initiative, they want you to wait. The superviser of the Library!-thinks that she knows it all, even if you have to show her. If you don't kiss her butt with every turn she makes, then she makes your life miserable. There is a large volume of back-stabbing within each department, but every Thursday, they want you to cheer for how well their company is doing. There is a large volume of employee turnaround with this company because the higher-ups don't care about employee retention.
$14.00 hourly with benefits after 30 days, but most employees don't make it past the 30 day mark.
