Headway could be a good firm depending if your a manager or not. They consistently hire managers, directors, VP's and often leave the "ground personnel" fairly loose. The management do not play fair in terms of honest reviews, salaries and overall contact with average employes. Most NYC managers have known each in prior positions, so you have "friends" controlling all aspects of the business. Its like hirely family to run the business and try going against a "family member". Overall, I would state that there may be some offices(Headway is national) that may be ok, but the NYC office has a serious moral problem, no incentive attitude and they have gone through many employee's since the 2 years I have been here.
