Good healthy culture. Not the place if you are looking for something strictly fair. The management pay is good, but the lower level jobs don't pay well. The health insurance plan used to be good, but now they put everyone in a really high deductible plan. If you have a health condition, they guilt you about it. It's more about who you know than what you can do. You're expected to be available by email 24/7. Leaders compete with each other. Layoffs are frequent and sometimes don't make sense. All the good guys are running out the door. And the wealthy, attractive, mediocre people are what's left. If you are a minority, don't bother applying. You will not be hired.
Started at $89k, grew to over $100k in four years. PTO plan instead of sick and vacation time. Directors don't have PTO. They are just supposed to take time off when they want. Reality is they don't ever let you have it. Bonuses are generous on paper, but they haven't paid out in the last few years. Standard reimbursements for business expenses. Memberships are paid.
