Do you want to work for a company that only cares about money and not the safety, well being, or lives of their employess, then Hertz is the place. This company is all about changing policies every week without notice and fires you when you cant comply. The company can be very racist at times and there is no room for growth. The work is boring and tedious and their customer service policies suck!!!
Vacation time is whenever you want to take it, bonuses are vbased on how they feel that month.
Pros- Great work experience, learning all aspects of the rental car business in an often fast-paced job.
Cons- Terrible upper management, low pay, long hours, boring work.
