The salary isn't great but the 401K and benefits package are above average. Honestly I don't think Honeywell International is managed as well as it once was. The company struggles to be competitive and employee development isn't nearly as strong as needed.

Hired originally as a temp for pretty much sweat shop type labor, pay is adequate for a person just starting out but lousy for an experienced seasoned worker. The bottom line is money for the company is above employees comfort, personal life or adequate equipment to do the job. The only positive thing I have found is that the upper echelons do take the time to travel to Kingman and stroke the employees to do more with less. Morale is non existant and a "team player attitude" is not shared by the management, supervisors or leads.
