HP is still trying to figure things out. The CEO has all cylinders firing right now. There is no room for mistakes. You must work long and hard. HP brings in executives from other companies often and career advancement and pay raises are not part of the HP plan right now. If you can accept that you will do fine. The pay is average. Despite everything I enjoy working here.
