Overall a good place to work. The pay is decent but not fantastic but the benefits are the real stand out. Humana is very big on teamwork and transparancy. While not perfect, I'm glad to be part of this company.

Relaxed culture and many opportunities for advancement. Management does some to care which is better than a lot of companies.
Benefits and pay aren't great. I'm taking home around $50,000 per year.
There is good opportunity here and Humana cares about their employees which is something I have never had before. I think the downside is that they try to micro-manage you.
Salary is $32,000 a year and I'm happy.
