This small company is lead by two friends of which I am convinced would sacrifice their own family for a buck. On top of that they are extremely paranoid which will inevitably strain any kind of working relationship so you can throw any kind of loyalty out the window. Many of the employee's are stand up people it's really a shame since the management was quite clueless during my tenure.
Depending on the depth of people in a give position vacation time can be non-existent as it must be "approved".
