















Pros- there are really few pros for this place.
Cons- Upper management is a liability. Overheard a board member say if one of their students had turned in financials like the CFO did, that board member would have flunked him. Keep in mind that we are an association for CPA's... Upper management is not supportive of staff at all. They give the impression that staff is expendable and no matter what your previous work record is, one mistake and you are no longer liked and if you are no longer liked, you are out the door. Upper management then scratches their heads when asked by board why in a period of four years, over 60 staff members have been let go/quit out of an organization that is 50 people large.
