I've had three loans close in the last month. I'm not a super high producing loan officer, but these loans got into processing in May, and closed early June. The processor was great and knowledgeable. The in-house underwriting was fantastic and was able to review my loan with me right there. Got my conditions within 24 hours of the file going to the underwriter, and had them taken care of within the week!
Straight commission
Don't provide leads, but they do provide a lot of resources for keeping track of the people you do have. HBM is a pretty cool program, and they only charge you if you use it. and their Follow Your Customer service is also a really good way to stay on top of your customers if you use it correctly.

Over the last few years, Integrus Group, and the housing market as a whole has had it's ups and downs. It has recently become part of a larger company that can handle it's volume, and is getting loans closed in a timely manner. The multiple-partner approach has been dissolved, and there is one branch manager and two sales managers who stay on top of the LO's to make sure that everything is being completed in a timely manner.
To look over the last year and pass judgement on this company is unfortunate. There was one employee who completely ruined the first attempt at this company by forcing a fraudulent loan through the system. After that experience we were very limited as to what we could get through the system, and loans did sit for 60 to 90 days before they could get closed.
To the people who say the "partners" don't care and push their stuff through the system, you are very much incorrect. Our partners took hits to their commissions and in many cases didn't get paid for months at a time, just to make sure the LO's did receive payment.
Integrus Lending Group has recently joined with a new corporate office and has turned everything around. Loans are closing within 30 days, and the company is on track to be one of the top producing branches for the company.

WOW, what an awful place. A total sham. Some of the worst in the industry. They lie, decieve, back stab, deny they said things and in the end screw you. How sad when people intend to leave but won't until they get paid becasue they know these partners will screw you on the commissions. They only care about their own production. They have even told Processors that their loans come first. How nice and professional these scum bags are. The worst you ever knew in the old B/C world are top rate, first class next to these people. They could not close even the cleanest loans. Sixty day locks were no where even near enough and when everyone else was at 4.75% Integrus was at 5.625% to make the same. Their company motto is "we are aware of the problems and are working on it". If you are a professional stay far away from this group. If you are a "B" or "C" player then by all means join them. You will fit right in with the 8-12 people left there from the 90 they once had. The best sign you can see here is "Out of Business".
The only pros are that there are a lot of restaurants in the area.

BEWARE - They promise great commissions but your loans take months if ever to close because they don't know what they are into. Management wants their stuff to close but doesn't care about anyone else. They lie to everyone and then blame all but themselves for poor service. You sit in a basement, no windows, no ventilation - mortgage chopshop. This is not where anyone should work.
Nice people taken advantage of. DO NOT WORK HERE OR BELIEVE ANYTHING THEY SAY!

Terrible working experience. Hide you in a basement, loans may close within 3 or 4 months, partners rule and their loans close, incompete management, total disaster. One day you are there and the next morning you are let go. Support staff is thrown into one problem after another because partners incompetant. Do not work here or you'll lose your home, car and possibly family.
No pros, no salary, no leads, no follow through, no parking, nothing!

Not a place for the weak loan officer looking for deals to be handed to them. The weak will leave business and the strong will survive. Obviously the poster was weak and soon to be gone from the business. Whining LO's get fired, weak sisters need not apply!
Commission, no salaries for loan officers

Talk about a company over promising and then under delivering.
It is already hard in this mortgage enviroment to succeed. They pull you
in with promises and then make excuses on why they do not have it or
better yet charge you (like for HBM) software to utilize. I work in the basement of the building with no conference room to meet clients. Talk about unprofessional. There is never enough parking and they do not provide leads...then they want you to drive in at $4.50/gallon and sit at your desk. I need to be out there getting business. I cannot change companies now because it looks bad to my clients. Now I am stuck. BEWARE do not come to work here.
There are none. I work for straight commision.
