This company is pretty competitive, if you are looking for a job where you are motivated by competition, you will do great. The owners expect a lot from you and you are expected to hit your numbers, which is understandable, but it can be a little high-pressure some times. However, as long as you perform to their exptectations you will be very successful. Lazy people need not apply. If you are a hard worker, this will be a great job.
The owners were very supportive of me when I had a family issue and paid me even though I couldn't always be the employee that I like to be, but when I got back to work they expected me to work. I was happy to because they were so great while I was out with my wife. They are very family oriented folks and very understanding.
I wish I could have continued working there, but my mom got sick and I had to move out of state to be with her.
Summery: Overall great company to work for.
My base salary was a bit dissapointing, but my commission more than made up for it. It was a little tough to begin with because I didn't know much about the business, but once I caught on, my commissions more than made up for the money that I missed the first few months. Vacation time, bonuses and personal leave is normal for any type of business, no complaints there.
