















1. Management is unprofessional, uneducated, and irresponsible.
2. No one at all cares about either the employees or the students. Everyone is treated as just a number.
3. Employees are daily bullied by management and strongly urged to do unethical things to get students in and sitting in class.
4. The caliber of the education is just a joke.
5. Tuition is exorbitant, way over the top.
6. Preferred employees and managers are hired with no experience in a school setting. Chaos reigns.
7. Favorites are played heavily by management. Unfair conditions rule daily.
8. Software and computer systems (for students and employees) are woefully outdated.
Work hours: Late nights and Saturdays are expected every week.
Benefits: Almost non-existent, high deductible health insurance and no life insurance, dental only pays $1000 per yr. despite having high premiums.
Absolutely no other benefits.
Pay: Good starting pay, but raises are dependent upon highly unrealistic numbers. Mostly no raises or no chances for promotion from within.
