A very cool place to work! It was fun and exciting to be a part of such a growing and special company. Many companies say they care about their employees but Jet Blue really means it. At Jet Blue you are an important team member. I had to leave the company because I relocated but I would still be working there if I could. I would describe their culture as flexible.
