I would describe J&J as your typical old fashion company. One thing about J&J is that the different affiliates throughout the country can have pretty different cultures so I’ll try and give an overall look. J&J is not for the fast-moving shake things up kind of person. Things here move very slowly.

If you are considering employment with J&J, make sure to read their CREDO. They live and die by this. This is who they are and this is their culture. Read this and evaluate if this is the place for you. There is good job security at J&J as well as a full range of generous benefits. Salary is above average. This is most definitely a family friendly company. Recommended.
