Big sales culture, lots of work, and very stressful. But I love my co-workers as they are all very nice and a lot of fun so this is what makes the job enjoyable. Management is somewhat inept.
The pay is so low! The stress to dollar ratio is completely out of whack. Yearly salary is $36,400. Kaplan is a low paying company.
