I cannot stress how strict KB is. You have to sell, sell, and sell some more. They put enormous pressure on you to get sales. They do give a month of training but they training pay is low. KB’s management style is that of micromanagement. You have to report all daily activities to your manager. They monitor you closely. Every city has sales openings year round. This speaks for itself. KB specializes in building lower end homes as cheaply as possible. In my opinion, the homes are of a low quality. The pay used to be great but since the market sunk it's no longer the cash cow it once was.
