















I agree with the previous reviewer that KB Home mircromanges the heck out of you and in these times forget about trying to get any sales. KB doesn't care about their employees at all but they're probably a bit smarter than other builders. That's the only good thing I can think of.








I cannot stress how strict KB is. You have to sell, sell, and sell some more. They put enormous pressure on you to get sales. They do give a month of training but they training pay is low. KB’s management style is that of micromanagement. You have to report all daily activities to your manager. They monitor you closely. Every city has sales openings year round. This speaks for itself. KB specializes in building lower end homes as cheaply as possible. In my opinion, the homes are of a low quality. The pay used to be great but since the market sunk it's no longer the cash cow it once was.
