I know it sounds cliché but here you work hard and play hard. Okay, not that hard but bankers need to keep up that impression. Of course you’ll be putting in long hours. Teamwork is important here. Yes you will need suits…nice ones at that. I’m happy to report that Lehman Brothers values diversity.
The best part of working at Lehman Brothers is that you will have excellent chance at promotion. Lehman takes care of their people. I gave the pay 3 stars since the pay is about average compared to the other firms on the street.
