Too much talk and not enough experience. The company likes to write a lot of nonsense mantras and slogans but has no gameplan or experience to back it up. Way too top heavy, and those at the top do not and can not perform the work. Good place to work if you are lazy and want to hide out and collect a salary for the rest of your career.
