Working here has been the worst work experience ever. Although employees try to do their work and more the boss does not care. The staff is treated unequally and unfairly. The pay is low with no room for advancement. If a raise is given it is a .50 increase an hour after over 4 months and that is it. The staff is taken advantage of and looked down apon. Nothing is said honestly and directly to you but it is delivered via messenger through other people from the boss. When questioned about it the boss reacts as if there was no knowledge of anything ever said. Be careful about working for this place. There is no future here nor is there a positive present. This is not an exaggeration. No one and I repeat NO ONE likes working at this place and people quit routinely. There are no pros unfortunately.
Salary is too much of an embarrassment to post. No vacation time,paid time off,etc. It's enough of a hassle trying to get paid for the correct number of hours you worked.
