This company says it has an open-door policy until you say something bad about management. One of the boss's has actually said if someone didn't work such & such hours that they would get only 12 hours for the week. He says nasty remarks like this is the rule & if you don't like it there's the door. He's just right down disrepectful. They keep hiring people & cutting others hours. What's this crap--3 hour shift? I have to work because my spouse got laid off. I sooooo love my love that I feel sick everyday because I hate to go to work & have to be all smiles & respectful while the managers can act unprofessional. They know they have us by the ba--- because jobs are so hard to get. I hate you Marshalls!!!
