I had a great start to my career. McCann has wonderful training programs for AAEs and has many programs to stay involved within the agency. Great tools to succeed in career. Management is great on some accounts, lacking in others. I enjoyed working on my accounts. Only drawbacks is the politics, and having to wait 18 months or longer at times for a simple promotion. The people are all smart, friendly and great, probably one of the best things about working here. The creative is so-so in my opinion... definitely waiting for the wow factor in the work.
The vacation time is great. 18 PTO days + 1 floating holiday, 4 Summer Fridays and the Christmas/New Years week the agency is closed. Except for people shedding long hours, the salaries are not great nor competitive. They do not do a good job at keeping great employees.
