WORK ENVIRONMENT

Working at McDonald's :

I have been working for three years, and moved up to management quickly. I do hiking, training, ordt and they alwys find the smallest thing to complain about. ering, reviews, ect. When there was an emergency in my store, he store manager didn't care to pick up the phone or call me back. When I have problems with crew such as sexual harassment, they take it lightly because they don't want to loose money training new people. They are going to be in real trouble one day for that along with being extremely sexist.

WORK ENVIRONMENT

Working at Mcdonalds:

Mcdonalds is the worst company you can work for. The purposely understaff theier restaurants at peak hours. no healthcare unless u want to be a 60hr a week slave. You always go home smelling like greasy food. Nobody..I mean nobody respects you for working there and thats whether you are cashier or manager. You learn that people have no respect for people. That to some people, their opportunity to yell at you is their moment of power for the day. They have no power in their own lives so they take it out at the person at the register.

Mcdonalds Salary and Benefits:

7.45 per hour
