The training took a few hours and it was all computer work, learning was easy enough if you have a good team member instruct you. The management is nice to certain people, basically get on their good side during the interview and you're set at the job. There's a lot of moving, bending, cutting boxes, and stocking stuff fast. So get yourself a good pair of shoes and some of those Dr. Scholls custom fit orthotics, it will really help especially if you're a heavy individual. Dress code is the red polo with either khaki or black pants. It sucks in the summer because there is poor ventilation in the back room, so it'll be an oven even at night. During winter the back room isn't so much a bother, though it would be wise to wear some sort of undershirt under your red polo.
Pros- Paid weekly, Friendly co-workers, health and dental plans, job is easy to learn
Cons-Poor ventilation in back room, standing for hours w/o sitting, Management will hound you during your probation.
My pay started at $8.50 then raises 10 cents every 700 hours I work.
