Working for Microsoft for half a year now I can say that I wouldn’t want to work for any other company. I consider Microsoft a land of opportunity. If your current position isn’t what you expected it to be, you are encouraged to find a position that is right for you within the company. Because Microsoft is such a large corporation and we have our hand in many different markets there are so many options to choose from when finding the right career path for you. The culture, benefits and total compensation are unlike anywhere else. Out of all the biggest excitement when I go to work is knowing that what you do will change the life of millions.
