There are a few good things about the environment such as Location, Casual Dress, and Half Days every other Friday.
Beyond that, management does not provide much leadership and the employees break down into 2 camps. Those that really are trying their best to do what is best for the company and the others are doing what will get them ahead. The latter group seem to work in unison to undermine everyone else. Beware if you ever interview here. Things are not what they seem.
