This company needs to get a new plant manager that has never worked for Moen before. The ones within this facility applying for this position have no respect for the people that work here. We have lost some of our brightest and most loyal employees over the last two years. Most had spent most of their working careers here and were pretty much forced out due to mostly bad managers sent down from Elyria a few years back. Fortune Brands needs to come down and clean this company up before they off shore this company and it seems to be heading that way very soon. India has recently started up their facility and it is said this is were we are heading.They discriminate with their job biddng practices to force long term employees to leave and this is very common. Quality control is pretty much a joke for the last eight years. Elyria union employees lost their jobs to Sanford and the clock is ticking before it happens here. Good luck if you get on with this company,you better save half your salary because you will not stay here long .
