Company is highly political and managers with status can be unprofessional. Very uptight culture. Overall, not the best experience.








It's a top firm all the way around. The training and opportunities are plentiful. It's a great place to start off. I would say the above doesn't apply to retail brokerage yet.
The pay is competitive. Bonuses will usually be a minimum of 150k for a vp.
