The turnover in the field is really high. One of the reasons is that what you think you are being hired for vs. what you find yourself doing are not the same. Employees all over the country get cheated out of pay for hours worked. Please write down exactly what you put in your call reports and then compare to your paychecks. Their mileage policy does not follow the IRS standards of commute that they claim it does. It is not commute to take away 30 miles a day from reimbursable mileage. You will spend more in gas, oil, tires, repairs and insurance than what you will receive from them.
Currently they are paying below minimum wage on travel time in many states and have refused to do anything about this. There are no real raises. Your pay is set by your program and your area. You will spend a bunch of "Admin Time" doing more work than you get paid for.
