Working at National Instruments:

NI is a great place to start off your career. They heavily recruit recent graduates. You will have the chance to work on many challenging projects. The downside is that there are not very many chances for career advancement.

National Instruments Salary and Benefits:

Compensations is a weak area. It could be a bit higher. $58,000 per year.

WORK ENVIRONMENT

casual, creative, open-door, team-oriented

Working at National Instruments:

Pros:
- great work life balance, launch parties, quarter celebrations when we met our plans, creative and open door environment, a lot of training on site, lots of young people
Cons:
- departments have small budgets
- business to business only which means no TV commercials, or anything that we usually see as consumers
- very technical because it was a technological company, so Engineers rule over Marketing
