My experience with NESS has left me very upset. I am unable to believe that a company can treat its employees so bad. Here are a few things I learned about NESS while I was closely working with a few employees
1. They get people from India on L1 and they pay them very low as on L1 it is hard to switch jobs.
2. For green card, even though 2nd and 3rd stage can be filed together (to speed up the process most companies do this), Ness corporate policy prohibits this and they file it separately, thus forcing employees to stick to their low pays.
3. The HR team Cherryl Palovich, Ruchi Sharma and Prasun have left almost all employees bitter and unhappy. I have only heard bad things about this team.
4. Recently an employee told me about an interesting 3 party story. Vendor offered something to employees, employees agreed with specific terms, Cheryl signed the contract with vendor on employees behalf. Later employees realized how vendor changed the terms before signing. Employees were forced into new terms and HR team's exact words were 'we cannot do anything'. Employees asked for the contract to see what are the new terms. HR refused to give contract saying it was confidential. When the contract was about to end, HR team extended it. :) I was stunned at some company being able to do this. This is a horror story that even left me feeling bad for how employees are being mistreated.
If you are looking for a job with NESS, before you accept try to find a current employee and talk to them. This will give you much better incentive.
Benefits depend on what the client offers. Sometimes they were claiming benefits from clients and not paying employees. I think that has changed now.
