The company never paid me for the time that I worked there. They did not pay many people who worked there. When they terminated me, they gave me a non-sufficient funds paycheck. The software the company sold was deeply flawed. I filed a formal complaint with the Labor Commissioner's Office. The company did not show up at the hearing and at the conference.
The State Of California Labor Commissioner's Office gave me an Award against New America Software, Inc. So far, I have not received any money from New America Software.
