I really enjoyed working at New Line Cinema. All of the people there were friendly and easy-going. There we lots of young employees, which made it easier to relate and make friends with co-workers. It can be really hard to get in with this company unless you know somebody, but that's pretty much how employment works in Hollywood. The industry constantly goes through changes, so I wouldn't say that I had very much job security. After I had left, I found out that many of former co-workers were no longer with the company because of lay-offs. I knew one person who had been with the company for about 9 years and even that person got laid off! Nevertheless, it's a great company, fun product, probably my favorite job.
