This company is plagued by misguided management combined with an artificial sense of urgency. The Mayfield Hts. office, which is the corporate headquarters, was responsible for an electronic health records application. The software itself was rapidly degrading in quality as features were added without any significant QA during my tenure. Discussions with clients were often embarrassing at best. Input and decisions are only requested and made by people who have been at the company for an extended tenure. Expect to be forced into working extended days and weekends even when tasks don't seem to be particularly urgent. Little to no tangible appreciation is given for hard work.
I began searching for a new job after about one year there, always thinking that things might get better if I waited. I should have started looking for another job much sooner.
Vacation time was on par with industry standards at the time I started, but current policy is unacceptable (1 week vacation after 6 mo. or something similar). The only perks are free coffee and popcorn.

This company has a ton of problems. Management is clueless and ineffective. They have never been profitable since inception in the late '90s, and operate solely on investor funding.
The pay is surprisingly high, but what you get for that is abuse by management, unrealistic expectations, and a generally poor work environment.
The majority of employees don't think highly of the company, and the general attitude is one of, "I'm going to milk this for all I can while the company's still around." As such though, getting help or building initiative here is nearly impossible, as no one else cares about the company or their jobs.
I left quickly and am glad I did.
