I joined this company because it looked like there was so much potential in the long run. Well, the long run didn't last very long before I just couldn't take it anymore. The company is run like an old-school corporation - but without the pay, benefits and resources to go along with it. The company's innovative service offering has languished because 90+ percent of its clients are government agencies who could care less about people, quality work or innovation. Employees are not treated fairly or equally. Management regularly talks about employees behind their backs to their colleagues. Contractors are treated worse than employees. Invoices and expenses are rarely paid on time or without significant hassle. There is a work hard/work harder mentality. Management regularly flaunts their expensive cars, vacations and other materialistic possessions gained off the backs of their employees. I've heard that recently a significant portion of the senior staff have left the company, and have all been replaced by inexperienced youngsters. If you're considering consulting - go with another, larger, and more well-run company. You'll get better pay, benefits and perks.
Salary was average to below-average. Annual bonuses at the whim of management. Reimbursements a hassle and always late. Medical/Dental expensive and mediocre. There are no other benefits or perks.
