I would be very cautious about working for this company. Executive management has no integrity, big time micro-management, and uses intimidation tactics. They make it a habit to make false accusations about why employees were laid-off in an attempt to deny unemployment benefits. The company does not believe in paying their debts and when they get in trouble for whatever reason with one LLC, they just close and move to the next LLC. If you believe in equal and fair treatment and you are either a minority or a woman, this is not the place for you.
Customer service salary was $17 an hour. Your starting salary will be your ending salary, there are no raises. One week a year of paid time off, no bonuses, company contributes about $100 a month to health insurance; however the plan they have is awful because they have such a poor credit rating. You can get better deal by getting individual insurance from the the same Health Insurance Company. Your perk is that you are lucky that you have not already been fired.
