I am really puzzled about what to think of this place. On the plus side I do love the people that I work with, everyone's easy to get along with for the most part. Hours a pretty decent. But on the downside the pay absolutely sucks and you get little to no respect from your boss. I've been making minimum wage for the past year and a half. Most other jobs pay at least 8+ per hour and have either 3 month or six month reviews which allow you to make even higher. Not here, no. You're expected to put your heart and soul into this job and you wont loose hours on your paycheck.
MINIMUM WAGE. NOTHING ELSE. YOU ARE A WAGE SLAVE.
