There are no official policies in this company, except for the ones that the "boss" assumes in his head for his employees. He is a difficult person to work for. This small company has only a handful of employees, including the owner's son who is the biggest problem with working there. I started at $60,000, but the "boss", who i negotiated with, was angry about my salary from day one. I was told 2 weeks vacation and no too many sick days, but that always let to a fight. I was promised a bonus, and got none, others were promised large bonuses bur received small ones 2 weeks late- but you get a free slice or two of pizza on Fridays, because the local shop sells it for $4.00 a pie.
