Expect a very long workweek. If you think you will work 45 hrs a week you’re wrong. It will be much more. I would describe the culture as uptight and corporate. There is a high burnout rate at PWC. Notice how much emphasis they put on recruiting. This is because of turnover. On the good side, you will receive plenty of training and support. Diversity is welcome at PWC. There are opportunities to move up to senior associate and manager. Not much past that though.
15 days of vacation per year. 10 Holidays Salary is around $50-60,000. Usually no bonus.
