Working at Principal Financial Group:

Pros: Good training and well known. Looks good on resume.

Cons: Very conservative and slow moving. Not the best opportunities for promotion. They try really hard to be a great place to work but it's just lip service.

Principal Financial Group Salary and Benefits:

Decent benefits with stock ownership plan. My salary when I started was $67,000
