Cons: Absolutely useless management. Hostile work environment. No interest in continuous improvement. No accountability for how employees are treated. Some managers have 6 or more grievances filed against them with no action taken. The pay is better strictly to minimize turn over. In other words, they know you are going to hate working there, so they pay you enough to make it hard to make lateral moves to other companies
