WORK ENVIRONMENT

old-fashioned, disorganized, high-pressure, bureaucratic, unprofessional

Working at Redcats USA:

Very unfriendly working environment. The main company needs some serious looking into by the IRS! If they intend to sell I'd love to know who's going to buy them. Total liability. Most answers when asking "why" something is done is simply, its just the way we do it. Money wasters, horrible about holding anyone accountable for not doing/knowing their job. Don't care about life outside of the building and expect to work long hours without compensation, no overtime, poor salary, bad raises, no bonuses, and often punished for taking time off. Everyone you meet is unhappy, company takes attitude that you're replaceable. Seriously reconsider if you're applying. Wouldn't be surprised if company goes under anyway.

Redcats Usa Salary and Benefits:

LOW salary with almost no raises from year to year, PTO and working from home would be so easy to bring in, but considered totally out of the question, no bonuses, no overtime!

WORK ENVIRONMENT

Working at Redcats USA:

It was not my idea of an environment as I first graduated from school. Everyone who works here is married with a family, so if you're looking to hang out with co-workers as friends, you won't get that here. The good thing is the flexible hours because they believe in work-life balance, so you rarely see people around after 5pm. But with that, comes people who are highly unmotivated and people who complain about their jobs. I got good experience but many times hated coming into work because of the unpleasant attitudes that affected my mood. It doesn't help that the business is not doing well, and nothing is being changed about it. You pick up the job duties relatively quickly and begin to get bored because you've learned all you can. Not much room for growth since there aren't many junior people employed.

Redcats Usa Salary and Benefits:

Salaries are pretty competitive for entry-level compared to agencies, but there is a trade-off with the environment you're working in. You only get 10 days of vacation and 6 sick days. No bonuses. A 3% increase in salary during review time.
