There's really any reason for someone to want to work at this company. People constantly quit working at this company. The current project that I am on has had 3 out of 4 developers quit in the past year. You'll need to work 60 - 80 hours a week at this job to be successful, and they'll proably expect you to be dishonest about the fact that you are working these many hours.
I would also caution companies from doing business with this company. They have no problem manipulating the amount of hours that workers are working and how many people are actually working on projects.
