Royce is a very bad builder. They have a boiler-room sales culture. No matter how well you do it is never enough. They try to short their employees on pay at every opportunity. If you do a little research, you will see that they are always hiring sales people. This is due to very high turnover. If you have a large backlog of homes about to close, they will find a reason to fire you right before they all close so they don’t have to pay you your commission. There lower priced homes are not selling well due to the housing downturn.
