There is plenty of opportunity for international travel and there's an enormous amount of upward mobility with the company. But we warned that you will work very long hours and your all of your time off revolves around when they need you.

The culture can be political but there many opportunities with this company. If you work hard and can play the politics game you can move up quickly. Yearly pay is in the high 70's.
Competitive salary and benefits (better than Hal) but don't expect any work/life balance. It's a difficult and stressful job but if you want to earn as much as possible it's worth serious consideration. I would sum up the culture by saying the company wants hard work and they pay well in return. It's black and white. No coddling.
