This company was a great place to, now everything is so disorganized and very low quality every house you go to the customers are very angry about the dispatch they also send you to this houses very late and the only thing management cares about is the money if you dont sell you dont stay there long they care about the customer our the employees not a good company anymore two years ago it was great now it is one of the worst hvac companys in the country.
My starting salary was ok now that I have almost every certification you can get I have not got any type of raise what so ever you dont get a christmas bonus ever you only get a bonus if the corporate office says we made budget which they always say we dont one week vacation thats the only good thing.
Used to be great company where you could be proud to work. After school I trained with them and learned a lot. Benefits are ok. My immediate boss is ok. Big bosses and office is out of control. Go to a customer and they are mad when you get there about being billed for stuff they don't want or not getting credit for stuff they paid for. We in the field want to do a good job and can.
