I worked in the Call Center and it was more focused on statistics rather than actually helping people. You had someone walking around yelling how many calls were in queue regardless of what you were dealing with on the phone. The call had to be resolved in 3 minutes reagdless of the circumstances. Most of the callers were unemployed and on COBRA,and most people don't take that coverage unles they are sick because it is so very expensive. if you have to pay $800 to continue you insurance, and everytime you have to use it you are told that you aren't covered, I think most people would be peeved. I also worked at the Fulfillment Center and it was a soap opera. A lot of people there live alternative lifestyles, and are FLAMING. The switchboard is constantly hit with personal calls, rather than business ones. Finally, they conned me into taking a position I WAS NOT QUALIFIED FOR, and then would not let me transfer. If I had lied on lied resume that is one thing, but I didn't and it was 10 months of HELL. I stayed because I had a family to provide for.
Again, great people to work with, but a very high stress work environment. Pay is marginal, and benefits change with political tides. YOU WOULD BE MUCH HAPPIER SHOVELING DOG POO!

no nursing needed a place where nurses go to die all they are concerned about is making charts look like you are reducing ER cost... no care for patient I would never call this line if I was dying I would strongly discourage employment here If you do buisness with this company stop and do with mckesson or a quality service

No one knows what they are doing... Desks are very small you must read from a script... The only people who stay are nurses who cannot find work elsewhere do to thier age... Every day you get reviews where they tell you how you are not following a script or did not use the right guideline... They do not need a nurse just a monkey to read screens for them .... No nursing skill required
